The Manage Rotations page previously had been slower to load and respond for groups with a large number of rotations. In order to speed up the page load time, the latest update to the Manage Rotations page for groups with more than 100 rotations will now be broken up into several pages. Each page now contains 100 rotations.
Just above and below the rotation list you’ll see how many are showing out of the total number of entries. Under the list, you’ll be able to navigate through the pages. Hover over the rotation names to scroll within each page.
To see this in action please go to Setup > Manage Rotations you will be brought to this page:
Please see this support resources for more information about the Manage Rotations page:

Password Reset Link Improvement
When a user of one45 resets their password from the need help logging in? link on the login page, they’ll receive an email with a link to the password reset page. Note that this update does not apply for institutions or users who use a separate single sign on system.
Previously, this link was accessible for one click only. In some situations, institution anti-virus software may scan the email and in the process of verifying the safety of the link would ‘click’ the link preventing users from accessing the password reset link.
As part of this improvement work, password reset links are now made valid for a set period of time. The default setting for institutions for the link to be accessible is 10 minutes. A link available within the time range could be clicked multiple times during that period.
This time limit is set to 10 minutes by default and can be customized to be a longer time frame if needed. Please contact support if you’d like this time limit adjusted. Note that for extended time periods if you would like the time limit to be set to more than 2 hours, we will require approval before making the change.
For more information about the password reset process please visit this support article:

New CBME Report: See a summary of how many times an EPA has been sent/saved, completed, and achieved
The CBME team is at it again - a new EPA Achievement Report is now available from the eDossier of a learner via their Reports Center.
Competence Committee members, Program Directors and Administrators, as well as Residents will be able to see at a glance a Resident's progress in obtaining observations of Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs). With this report, Programs can also determine potential problem areas such as Residents not sending assessments, Attendings not completing sent assessments, and conduct training where appropriate.
The report currently includes:
Please note the “achieved” column is a calculation based on a minimum overall score set by the school. It does not mean the learner has been entrusted with that EPA; that decision is made and communicated via the Competence Committee at your institution.
Once you choose a date range and a list to report on, the report will display like so:
Stay tuned: this report will soon display the number of required observations based on each EPA’s unique assessment plan.

System Improvement: Academic Half Day - Add Event with date auto-filled
You provided great feedback, we took action - adding an event to the Academic Session calendar just became a bit easier. Now, add an event with the date information auto-filled with the date you’ve selected from the calendar.
A new Add event text link, on the daily calendar view, will create a new event using the date you had selected from the calendar as the default:
Here's a quick video showing this in action:
The Add event button will leave the date blank and require you to fill the date in manually, as it did previously. This functionality is most useful when you are creating templates for your academic sessions where you are not likely to want a date pre-filled.

System Update: Opt out information now available from the Form Status Report
For the first time, you can report on opt out information for forms where an evaluator opted out.
Certain evaluations have the option for an evaluator to opt out of completing a form in their to dos (if this was made available when the form was sent).
The Form Status Report does not include this information by default, so once you’ve run the report you’ll need to use the Show/hide columns option to customize the columns and include the Opted out and Opt out reason:

System Update: Grades Report options to include 'days to release'
The newly released Grades/Marks Report has an exciting new feature!
Accreditation requires that learners receive timely feedback, including grades/marks. In order to know if timely grades/marks information is provided you would have to calculate how many days it took to release the grades/marks after the rotation/course/event has ended.
The one45 team has added a new ‘Days to release’ column to the Grades/Marks Report in the Report Center! This column automatically calculates how many days after the rotation/course/event the grade/mark sheet was released - no more formulas or extra work in Excel to include this information in your final report.
This new column won’t show by default so you will have to use the Show/hide columns option to choose which field of the grade sheet would need this calculation included:

System Update: Ability to Export to Excel
Previously, you had to view the Report Centre reports on screen before you could Export to excel and you were unable to run/view reports from the Report Centre if they had more than 500 columns.
