System Update: CBME Report changes for learners and admins

In order to more accurately reflect the data presented in CBME reports, here is a list of changes that were recently implemented:
  • From a learners eDossier:
    1. Competency/EPA Summary Report - the report title was changed from Achievement count to Assessment count.
    2. Competency/EPA Summary Report - the Y axis label was changed from Number of times achieved to Number of times assessed.
    3. Competency/EPA Summary Report and Trajectory Summary Report - integers with decimal points were removed so only whole numbers are shown.

  • From Reports > Report Center > Competency Assessment Counts
And from a learner's eDossier > Report Center > Assessment count per competency or EPA - these two reports now keep the Competency or EPA name columns frozen while you scroll through the data:

The Form Data Report also has new updates. When selecting your Form Data Report settings under Show/hide columns we have made it easier to identify your selections. The Evaluator people type(s) and Target people type(s) have been moved into alphabetical order with all options to make them easier to find. In addition all column headings are now in sentence case (first letter capitalized).

System Update: The Form Status Report now includes additional key information

In June, we released the new Form Status Report (available from Reports > Report Center), this report allows you to report on forms and their current status. This report can be used to report on outstanding forms, forms that haven't been distributed, etc.

We have added a number of key pieces of information you're now able to report on:
  • Close date
  • Anonymity
  • Results
  • Days to completion
  • Days to completion after event
  • Date viewed
  • Date signed off
  • Evaluation received date
  • Evaluation completed date
The addition of some of this information will help accreditation, and provides details that will help you determine if forms are being completed and dealt in a way that allows learners to receive timely feedback.

Some of these columns are included by default and others you will have to add by using the Show/hide columns feature to customize which you'd like to include:

Once included you may have to scroll to the right to see the additional information you've chosen to include:

Please see the Form Status Report support article for more information.

System Update: Opt out information now available from the Form Status Report

For the first time, you can report on opt out information for forms where an evaluator opted out.

Certain evaluations have the option for an evaluator to opt out of completing a form in their to dos (if this was made available when the form was sent).

The Form Status Report does not include this information by default, so once you’ve run the report you’ll need to use the Show/hide columns option to customize the columns and include the Opted out and Opt out reason:

For more information about the opt out feature, please see the support resource: Opting Out of Completing an Evaluation
